For his Happy Skull debut he takes on acid house, to great effect. This is most evident on flipside \"Acid Hearse\", a constantly-rising roller built around a nagging, TB-303 style riff and a swinging, off-kilter drum machine rhythm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eEchoes of acid can also be heard in the sparser A-side, \"Charnel House\", where sharp, psychedelic lead lines and mind-bending electronic motifs weave in an out of a crunchy rhythm track to create a track that is as fun as it is weighty.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA1. For example, EP opener \"Ormst Kaban\", whose wild, crashing, off-grid breakbeats and twisted, foreboding electronics aggressively spar with glacial chords and icy textures. The 16 bit arpeggio lines of 'Hobrv Kegdit' are underpinned by powerful sub-bass tones and industrial drum-breaks that merge to create a densely sprawling mass of dance floor melancholia.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eThis pattern continues throughout the EP, with \"Slown Ridel\" and \"Nos Ummi\" balancing skittish, noise-seeped percussion with the dreamy, glassy-eyed swell of classic ambient and pioneering early '90s IDM.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eA1.
